Kate previously served as a judicial clerk for the Nebraska Supreme Court and the Honorable Jeffrey J. Funke. She obtained her law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she was elected to the Nebraska Law Review board and served as an Executive Editor. Throughout law school, Kate worked as a summer associate for a prominent Nebraska law firm, where she represented individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation and transactional matters.
