Behind every case is a person whose life has been upended: a patient harmed by a medical error, a family that has lost someone, or a community whose water is no longer safe. Our work begins with them, and with colleagues who care deeply about doing it well.
Our work requires commitment, precision and perseverance. We look for people with all three.
Since 1978, we have represented plaintiffs across Connecticut and nationwide, from medical malpractice and serious personal-injury trials to class actions against some of the country's largest companies and complex civil litigation.
