Grant is an associate in Silver Golub & Teitell's Class Actions and Complex Civil Litigation practice groups. He has experience representing plaintiffs in all phases of commercial litigation, spanning antitrust, environmental, consumer protection, data privacy, securities, False Claims Act, and other complex matters.
Prior to joining SGT, Grant was a litigation associate at a leading antitrust and whistleblower firm in New York City, where he represented plaintiffs and whistleblowers in class action antitrust and False Claims Act matters against some of the most powerful companies in the technology, banking and financial services, and healthcare industries, including the largest whistleblower settlement in Illinois FCA history.
Dedicated to protecting consumers and obtaining justice for individuals and communities harmed by corporate misconduct, Grant is heavily involved in the firm’s environmental and consumer product contamination litigation, representing individuals whose health and property have been adversely affected by harmful chemicals such as per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and benzene. Grant has previously represented large corporate defendants in a variety of product liability matters, giving him deep insight and perspective that informs his work for plaintiffs hoping to hold corporations to account.
Grant earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a Dean's Scholar and served as a student attorney in the Child Advocacy Law Clinic. Also a passionate classical musician, prior to law school Grant earned his B.M. in Voice & Opera and Political Science from Northwestern University.
