Silver Golub & Teitell served as lead counsel in a nationwide class action for brought on behalf of 40,000 Xerox pensioners for ERISA violations, resulting in a settlement that provided increased pension benefits for approximately 40,000 present and former Xerox employees. The Case was Anglim v. Xerox Corp., B-83-2511 and was brought in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
