Four Cases from Silver Golub & Teitell Included in Personal Injury Hall of Fame

Four cases from the Stamford trial law firm of Silver Golub & Teitell were recently included in the Connecticut Law Tribune’s Personal Injury Hall of Fame. These cases were honored for breaking new legal ground and returning significant verdicts and settlements.  Silver Golub & Teitell is one of Connecticut’s leading medical malpractice, serious personal injury and complex civil litigation law firms.

The four cases and the partners that worked on each case include:

• Farren v. Farren for Intentional Tort – $28.6 Million
  • Attorney: Ernie Teitell
• Izzarelli v. R.J. Reynolds for Product Liability – $27.5 Million
  • Attorneys: David S. Golub, Jonathan M. Levine and Marilyn J. Ramos
• Cohn v. Hayward Industries et al. for Product Liability – $25 Million (Total settlement of $40 Million)
  • Attorneys: Ernie Teitell and Peter M. Dreyer
• Villard v. Shoreline Pools for $10+ Million Advocates Honorable Mention (Motor Vehicle – $11.8 Million)
  • Attorneys: Richard A. Silver and Peter M. Dreyer
