Wilton Public Schools apologizes to parents for statements regarding former preschool teacher's aide

WILTON -- Superintendent of Schools Kevin Smith issued a letter of apology Friday to parents for previous misstatements made in the aftermath of the arrest of a former Wilton preschool teacher's aide.

The former teacher's aide, Eric Von Kohorn, was charged on Aug. 20 with possession of child pornography in the first degree and promoting a minor in an obscene performance, according to Connecticut State Police.
