Wage-Fixing Litigation

Silver Golub & Teitell LLP (“SGT”), along with co-counsel, currently represents aerospace industry workers in seven putative class action lawsuits (the “Lawsuit(s)”) in Connecticut on behalf of current and former employees of Pratt & Whitney and other aerospace companies (the “Defendants”) alleging that Defendants participated in an illegal, “long-running conspiracy to restrict the hiring and recruiting of employees among their respective companies,” according to the United States Department of Justice.

As the DOJ alleges, the conspiracy harmed aerospace industry employees by limiting employment opportunities and suppressing wages. Six individuals (five aerospace executives and one former manager) have been indicted to date for their participation in the conspiracy.

The cases are Conroy et al. v. Agilis Engineering et al., No. 3:21-cv-01659 (D. Conn.); Kintz v. Agilis Engineering et al., No. 3:21-cv-01674 (D. Conn); Boodram v. Agilis Engineering et al., No. 3:21-cv-01674 (D. Conn.); Renteria v. Agilis Engineering et al., No. 3:21-cv-01736 (D. Conn.); Borozny et al. v. Agilis Engineering, Inc. et al., No. 3:22-cv-00032 (D. Conn.), Roe et al. v. Agilis Engineering, Inc. et al., No. 3:22-cv-00086 (D. Conn.) and Leavitt v. Agilis Engineering, Inc. et al., No. 3:22-cv-00103 (D. Conn).

The companies that are alleged to have participated in the conspiracy include the following:

  • Agilis Engineering

  • Belcan

  • Cyient (previously known as InfoTech)

  • Parametric Solutions, Inc. (PSI)

  • Pratt & Whitney (owned by Raytheon)

  • QuEST Global
