Silver Scholar at the University of Virginia School of Law. Garcia is the top student in the Class of 2022, with the highest GPA after two years. He is editor of the Virginia Law Review, a mentor in the St. Thomas More Society and the Latin American Law Organization and participated in the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic.
