November 17, 2023

The Hartford Courant, CT Insider, Fox61, NBC Connecticut, the Connecticut Law Tribune and other news outlets reported on Silver Golub & Teitell's lawsuit for the family of Ethan Hernandez-Reyes, a 13-year-old boy who died of a fentanyl overdose at a Hartford school.

“The Hartford school district was negligent in Ethan’s death,” said SGT partner Joaquin Madry told the publications. “They had no Narcan policy, no Narcan training and no Narcan on the premises.”
