Jacqueline Ruppert received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Law (LL.M.) in International Law from Cornell Law School in 2007, where she served as articles editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy, and her bachelor’s degree from Yale University, with a concentration in History, in 2001. Prior to beginning her legal career, she devoted several years to public service as a classroom teacher with Teach for America and in the area of domestic violence crisis counseling.
