Attorney Bios
Peter Dreyer is the youngest partner in Silver Golub & Teitell. His practice has been devoted to civil litigation in areas including medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, and products liability. Mr. Dreyer has achieved successful results for many clients and recovered millions of dollars on their behalf. Mr. Dreyer is a former Assistant District Attorney of Bronx County, New York. While working in the Bronx District Attorney's Office, the fifth largest prosecutors' office in the United States, Mr. Dreyer tried criminal defendants for offenses including murder, armed robbery and gang assault. He also conducted numerous grand jury investigations. He was given the distinction of being the sole juvenile prosecutor in Family Court for the Office of the Bronx District Attorney, where he prosecuted juvenile defendants charged with the most serious felony crimes. Mr. Dreyer graduated from Lehigh University and obtained his law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. He is admitted to the State Bars of Connecticut and New York, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the District of Connecticut, Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
